Your privacy matters. Kineli is designed so that information you enter stays on your own device. The app has no user account, no cloud, and does not collect personal data.
What information does the app store?
When you add a person in Kineli, the app may store:
- a name
- optionally a full name and a relationship (for example 'grandmother')
- one or more photos
- an audio recording of the name
The app also stores its own settings, such as language and audio preferences.
Where is information stored?
All information is stored locally in the app's private storage area on your device.
Information is not sent to Åsebø Digital or any other third parties.
Kineli works without internet, and the app does not upload photos, recordings or other data.
Data sharing
Kineli:
- does not collect personal data
- does not share data with third parties
- does not use analytics services
- does not show ads
- does not use tracking tools

These permissions are only used for the features you choose to use. Information is not sent from your device.
Deleting information
You can delete people, photos and recordings directly in the app at any time.
If you uninstall Kineli, all information stored by the app is removed from your device. Since Kineli does not store data on a server, there is no copy with the developer.
Children's privacy
Kineli is designed for young children together with an adult.
The app does not collect personal data about children or other users.
Changes to the privacy policy
If the privacy policy is updated, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
